Know exactly why your app isn't ranking.
Polaris is a native Mac toolkit for the whole App Store growth loop — real keyword positions, a competitor radar that catches every move, pre-submit checks, and Apple Search Ads built in. No web dashboard required.
Midnight Drive
US storefront · SOV 61Not a dashboard. A workbench.
Real rank data, real trends, real scores — the whole ASO workflow on one canvas.
Know what to fix first
Every keyword gets an Opportunity Score out of 100 — demand vs. competitive landscape — so you spend effort where it pays off, not where it feels nice.
See movement, not snapshots
Per-keyword rank deltas and trend sparklines tell you whether your last update helped or quietly hurt — measured, not guessed.
Steal what's working
The full Top Apps SERP per keyword shows who outranks you and which metadata fields they're exploiting — placement-aware, so you see the exact lever.
Built for AI workflows
Ships with an MCP server — point Claude Code or any MCP client at it and optimize metadata, analyze competitors, and manage keywords in natural language.
Everything ASO, without the dashboard tax.
Built for developers who ship apps — not for marketing teams who live in spreadsheets.
Ranks with receipts
Popularity × difficulty scoring and daily position deltas — see exactly which metadata change moved you.
Every competitor move, day one
Version drops, price cuts, screenshot swaps, rating surges — the feed enterprise suites charge $249/mo for.
Ship releases, not checklists
Version status, What's New generator, per-locale translation, 40+ pre-submit checks, and Create Version — the whole release flow in one canvas.
Reply to every review, in their language
Polls App Store Connect while open, notifies on new reviews, drafts same-language replies on-device — pending/replied states tracked.
Research → revenue, one click
Your best keywords become a real Search Ads campaign — born paused, your budget, your bids. Only indie tool that does this.
From download to insight in two minutes.
Download & activate
Grab the DMG, drag to Applications, enter your license key. No account creation, no email walls.
Add your app
Polaris pulls your app's live metadata from the App Store and starts tracking your keyword set.
Ship better metadata
See what works, steal what competitors rank for, and iterate with position history as proof.
Your AI agent can do the ASO chores.
Polaris ships a local MCP server. Point Claude, Cursor, or Devin at it — your agent reads ranks, runs preflight checks, scans competitors, and even creates Search Ads campaigns. Money-affecting actions always ask you first.
127.0.0.1
Local MCP server, auto-starts with the app.
Real tools
Ranks, keywords, metadata — the same APIs the app uses.
Loopback only
Your data never leaves your Mac.

How does licensing work?
Buy a license and get your key instantly on the checkout confirmation page (also in the Polar customer portal). Enter it in the app — it activates up to 2 devices (5 on Lifetime). You can deactivate a device anytime from Settings to free its slot.
What's the refund policy?
If Polaris isn't for you, email support within 14 days for a full refund — no questions, no forms. Refunded licenses deactivate automatically.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The app caches your data locally and only syncs periodically. Your tracked keywords, history, and analysis stay on your Mac.
What happens when my subscription ends?
The app falls back to the activation screen — your local data is preserved. Renew and you're back instantly with everything intact.
Does it manage Apple Search Ads?
Yes — turn your tracked keywords into a campaign in one click, edit budgets and bids, pause keywords, and read 30-day metrics without touching the Apple Ads web UI. Your API credentials stay on your Mac, and every campaign is created paused until you enable it.
What are Preflight and Radar?
Preflight validates your metadata, keywords, locales, version state and screenshots before you submit — catching the stuff that gets apps rejected or wastes space, with one-click fixes. Radar snapshots your app and competitors daily and alerts you the moment a version, title, screenshot, price or rating changes.
Is there a free trial?
Not at launch — but the monthly plan is $5, and every plan is refundable within 14 days. That's a cheaper, more honest trial than a crippled free tier.
